Ingredients cook Gobi Manchurian and Kebabs

  1. You Need frying.
  2. You Need 1 medium cauliflower.
  3. You Need 2 bell pepper.
  4. You Need 2 tomatoes.
  5. You Need 1 large onion.

  7. You Need 5 pieces shallots.
  8. You Need 8 pieces green chilli.
  9. You Need 1 fresh coriander leaves (for garnish).

  12. You Need 4 tbsp cornstarch.

  14. You Need 1/2 tbsp coriander powder.

  1. ~For preparing the florets: simply break the cauliflower into medium size florets. Add little salt and the florets in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Drain and keep aside..
  2. ~For preparing the batter: in a bowl mix all the ingredients together and whisk to make a smooth batter without lumps. ~For frying the florets: ->Dip the florets into the batter and make sure its perfectly coated. ->Heat oil in pan and fry the batter coated florets. You can either deep fry or pan fry . I pan fried my florets to cut down on the fat. Fry the florets, flip couple of times so that all sides are evenly cooked, crisp and golden brown -> drain the fried florets in a paper towel. ~For seasoning: in the same pan heat little oil (or use the same oil) fry the other ingredients saute for about a minute and add all the seasonings. Finally add the fried florets ensuring all fried florets are perfectly mixed with the seasoning and add vinegar..
